Introducing Coaching Personalities

Starting today, you can choose from four coaching personalities. Each coach delivers feedback in a different tone, while still adapting to how your run compares to your plan. That means more relevant guidance and less repetitive, generic coaching.

Current personalities:

Balanced (default coach)
Firm
Encouraging
Goggins

Balanced

Our default coach. Balanced sits between Firm and Encouraging, pushing when you need accountability and backing you when you need support.

Firm

This coach holds you accountable. Think classic tough-love coaching with direct, honest feedback and high expectations.

Encouraging

Your biggest cheerleader. Encouraging focuses on confidence and positive reinforcement to help you stay consistent.

Goggins

A very direct coach with extreme standards and minimal hand-holding. This style is intentionally intense, includes strong language, and is not suitable for beginners or minors.

If you are unsure where to start, choose Balanced first. You can switch personality any time.
