Couch to 5k (c25k)
3 runs per week for 9 weeks ~30mins each - You chose the days and times.
Literlly how all of us started - If you dont think you can do it you’re wrong We cant hold this plan in higher regard in taking a complete non runner into someone who can run 30mins in 9 weeks. The plan is tough but totally achiveable by anyone with millions of completions. Its friendly approachable by all any shooson supports you with notifications of when to start/stop running and planning them through the week plus reminders if you need them. Bridge to 10k
3 runs per week for 8 weeks up to 60mins
10k to half
3 runs per week for 10 weeks heading towards 2 hours of movement for your first half!
First marathon
Its epic for a reason but the feeling of completing your first marathon is not something you forget
4 runs per week for 18 weeks
First Ultra (50k)
18 weeks of 5 runs per week with some back to back long weekend runs
